Placing an order
To purchase an item select your choice of size and colour and click the “ADD TO CART” button.
To remove an item, go the the “shopping cart” page, by clicking on the bag icon and select “view cart”. Click the “Remove” icon (X) to the left of the item. Your shopping cart will automatically recalculate so you can see your new total.
As you check out, you’ll see the total price, including applicable duties, taxes, shipping and handling fees, in Euros before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Euros according to the total displayed during checkout.
Customs Duties and Sales Taxes
For customers in Europe a sales tax of 25 % is included in the price and will be visible at check out.
For customers outside Europe the sales tax is excluded but customs duties might be applied when the package enters your country. You are responsible for paying the fee and knowing your countries rules.
Order Confirmation Email
After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email is your receipt and can be printed for your records.
The order confirmation email includes:
- Your order number (the same number that appears on the order confirmation page)
- Details of the products and corresponding prices
- Order summary including applicable credits and discounts
- Your Shipping and Billing information
Canceling an order
Please let us know if you want to cancel an order at least 24 hours after placing the order/or receiving an order confirmation. Late cancellations might result in a fee, since all items are made on order a late cancellation can be costly.
Shipping methods and pricing
We ship internationally. The shipping prices and methods will depend on the order size and destination. We do not currently ship to the UK.
Shipping to Denmark starts at 8 € and will be shipped with track and trace, or 4 € non-trackable for our reusable facial rounds.
The rest of the world will start at a shipping rate of 15 euro for clothing orders and will require a signature upon receiving the order. Therefore we cannot ship to P.O Boxes. For smaller items prices start at 5 € and will be shipped as a letter without tracking.
If you would like to waive the signature requirement on your orders, please contact us before placing your order. If you elect to waive a signature, we cannot refund or replace your order if it does not arrive.
Track and trace is available but due to its high cost it is not the standart option, please contact us before placing an order if it is wanted. Most large orders will be shipped with track and trace automatically.
Please accurately provide your address and remember to spell out the destination city. Abbreviations, misspellings, and typos can result in delayed delivery.
Since all orders is made to order a production time of 1-2 weeks is expected, the shipping time will depend on the destination.

Europe 3-10 business days
Internationally 6-15 business days + Customs processing time
Clothing orders are shipped in recycled LDPE plastic mail order bags, made from 100 % recycled plastic film made in Denmark.
Our reusable facial rounds are shipped in paper bubble mailers made from responsible sources.
Larger orders will be packaged differently depending on the size. Though we always strive to have as minimal negative impact on the environment as possible by using recycled or recycling packaging.
Please recycle or dispose properly of the packaging you receive.
Under the EU rules you have the right to return your purchases, within 14 days of receiving the order, for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. Please note that the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs
If you wish to return an item contact us on mail: firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items can be tried but not used, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Under EU rules you always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost.
If you received a wrong or fault item contact us immediately on mail: Info@undecidedcopenhagen.com, but this must happen at least 2 months after receiving the item.
If any problems occurs after the product have been used it is your responsibility to prove that the fault is ours. We recommend following the items care label to give it a long life. Natural wear of our clothing and other textile items are not covered under the 2-year guarantee.
At the moment it is possible to pay with credit card trough Stripe or PayPal Express Checkout, which allows you to conveniently checkout directly with PayPal safely and securely. You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment option.

Your credit card information is not saved by Undecided Copenhagen.
We do not accept checks, cash or other payments unless otherwise stated.
