Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No if you don’t wish to make an account you can check out as a guest.
But by making an account you will have access to your order history; where you will find the current order status and you will be able to print your invoice if needed.
Why has my order not shipped yet?
Almost all our items are made on order which means as soon as you place an ordre we will start making your items but the process takes time. The production time can take a few day or up to two weeks depending on the product and how busy we are.
If your order still hasn’t shipped after two week and we havn’t contacted you please write us a mail on email@example.com and we will figur out the problem.
Which payment options do I have?

Can I return items?
Yes, under the EU rules you have the right to return your purchases, within 14 days of receiving the order, for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. Please note that the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs

Why do you ship in plastic?
When you get package from us, you might get it in a bubble mailer or a plastic bag, and you might even think why all the plastic. As of now we got a lot of mailers from a now closed company, mailers that would otherwise have gone in the trash. Us we will use them until we are out, and then we will find a plastic free alternative. If you really want to avoid the plastic write us and we will figure something out.
